He currently handles statutory and tax audits of medium and small size Private Limited Companies Charitable Trust, Societies. Also represents before the Income Tax and GST Authorities in connection with income tax and GST proceedings.

He was co-opted committee member of Editorial Board of SIRC in the year 2015-2016.

CA Ganesh Boddula

He is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and completed his certification course in Ind AS with ICAI.

He has diverse experience in Statutory audit of public interested entities across sectors like Aviation, Newspaper and Manufacturing.

He also possesses Internal audit experience across sectors like Energy and Service.

He is a Commerce Graduate from University of Madras and a fellow member of The institute of Chartered Accountants of India .He is now a practicing Chartered accountant with more than two decades of experience has experience in the audit of Private Limited Companies covering various industries like software, auto ancillary manufacturers, event management, advertising agency, authorized money changer, interior decorators, computer dealer, hospitals dealer to list a few. He also handles taxation of HNI and NGOs,. He also appears before various Income Tax Authorities to represent clients for Income Tax Proceedings.

He is part of the Board of INTERNATIONAL CHAMBER OF INDIRECT TAX PROFESSIONALS (a company incorporated under section 8 of the Companies Act 2013) an organization created to impart knowledge on indirect taxes. He held various designations in this organization as Joint Secretary, Secretary,Vice President and is now the current President of the organization.

He was co-opted committee member of GMCS course of SIRC in the year 2015-2016.

He is commerce Graduate from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi and fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Also holds Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA). He is Rank holder in CA Final (All India Rank 18) and CA Inter (All India Rank 39)

He has diverse experienced in finance transformation, process and performance improvement with over 10 years of experience Also, Deep healthcare audit experience - Internal Audit of major hospital groups.

He led internal audits for a major hospital group with an annual turnover exceeding ?1,500 crores. As audit lead, He managed a team of 30 professionals across 10 operational units. The scope of audit included conducting detailed process walkthroughs, identifying control design weaknesses, and performing rigorous testing of existing controls. Based on our findings, we provided actionable recommendations to strengthen internal controls, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
